This is a tiny SMART house packed with BIG surprises that will make your private tiny house vacation experience at River Lodge pop!  Nestled along the Colorado River, this little place is inviting to those who want to walk out their front door to luscious riverfront views to hop on their watercraft or in the water rfor a day on the river right out the front door.  Plenty of amenities await you!  Golf course on-site, two boat launches, activities, great people, wonderful restaurants and events nearby.  Main House, Loft, Deck and Patio furnished to the nines.  Complimentary Keurig Duo K-cups Coffee/Hot Chocolate, sugar, sweetener and creamers for your stay. Parking for boat or watercraft in the covered drive of this top notch tiny house.  You are equipped during your stay with full access to log in and view security footage of the covered drive to keep an eye on your vehicles/watercraft within view of the exterior IQ cameras.  Inside there are NO CAMERAS, but you do have access to Google Nest Hub in the kitchen to enjoy watching or listening to your media, interacting with smart home electronics, lights and appliances, TV's, thermostat and other media in the home.  All TV's are app enabled and you may cast to devices from your devices.  Stereo has a Bluetooth adapter to receive your media from your device and play on indoor and/or outdoor speakers. Additional amenities include use of kayaks and our souped-up lifted golf cart with underlights for an additional fee.  Call for availability and rates as they vary.
