Come relax in this cozy home with a prime waterfront location!!!  Enjoy the beautiful view and the convenience of being just steps away from the marina, and the swimming pond, and the river with the beautiful Arizona backdrop.  This unit has a large front porch with roll-up blinds, outdoor lights and a patio table and additional chairs. There is a propane BBQ.  The home has a private master bedroom with a queen bed, as well as a queen foam bed & queen airbed in the loft.  There is a bathroom with a shower, and the home is equipped with most of your essentials including k-cup coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster oven, basic spices, cookware & utensils, bed & bath linens.  You just need your food, clothes and your toiletries!!!  The living room has TV and a DVD player, (so bring your favorite movies), a reclining couch, and a dining room table.  There are 3 mini-split energy efficient AC units (1 with heat), and a water filtration system in the kitchen, and a water softener system.

Daily rental rates with 3 nights minimum: April-December Midweek $150 a night, Weekends $175 a night, holiday weekends $200 a night. $200 refundable security deposit and $100 cleaning fee per stay.


Winter Monthly Rental rates: November – April $1700 a month includes propane gas, electricity, standard Dish TV pkg.  water, sewer & trash are included.  Wifi is available through River Lodge Resort, if you choose.  $500 deposit to hold, of which $250 converts to security deposit, and $100 for a cleaning fee, (Refundable if you clean) Winter rental January – March 3 month minimum. November, December & April can be booked as individual months or weeks.
