Located along the Colorado River / Parker Strip. We are approx. 2 miles from the Parker Dam. A BRAND NEW tiny home, beautifully furnished, Modern and CLEAN.

Right on the River, anchor your boat in the marina steps from the house. Float in the lagoon right in front.

Our tiny house has everything you need to enjoy the beauty of the Parker Strip. Be ready to arrive and relax.

Master bedroom with queen bed, attached full bathroom and a loft with 2 queen beds. Stocked kitchen, living room and a porch. It has 3 individual air conditioning units for each section of the house.
Propane fire pit on the patio, some beach chairs, life jackets and sand toys available for use.
Dining table that seats 4, perfect for indoor dinners and board games!
Picnic table available outside for meals al fresco
Propane gas grill/bbq outside available for use. Please clean and cover when not in use.
Clean drinking water available in the house as well as a Keurig coffee machine.

Additional pet fee will apply based on pet approval.

All guests MUST register with the front office upon arrival.


Rates vary from $195-$250 based on season-  3 night minimum. 4 guest maximum - Pets considered (pet deposit required. $100 cleaning fee.
