Relax on your private deck and enjoy pristine views of the Colorado river and surrounding Arizona desert. Spend your time golfing, fishing, or enjoying any of the numerous activities offered in the clubhouse, bingo, BBQ's, cards, holiday gatherings and more.

This rental is offered during the winter months only with a three month minimum stay. The rate is  $1550 per month plus electric. Refundable security deposit $200. Cleaning fee $100 per visit. Available Mid October - March.
