Located in River Lodge Resort right on the Parker Strip. 30 minutes to Lake Havasu. Anchor your boat in the marina and float in the lagoon right in front of our tiny home.

Master bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom attached plus a loft with 2 queen beds. Stocked kitchen with all appliances including Keurig coffee machine, It has 3 individual mini splits for heat and air conditioning.  Living room has a 55" TV plus our front porch is SCREENED IN for you to enjoy a nice dinner or glass of wine. Rental comes with wifi, Netflix & Hulu.

Our tiny home has everything you need to enjoy the beauty of the Colorado River. Be ready to arrive and relax.
