Winter Rental rates: November – April $1700 a month includes propane gas, electricity, standard Dish TV pkg.  water, sewer & trash are included. Wifi is available through River Lodge Resort, if you choose.  $500 deposit to hold, of which $250 converts to security deposit, and $100 for a cleaning fee, (Refundable if you clean) Winter rental January – March 3 month minimum. November, December & April can be booked as individual months or weeks.
